Our TLB Training course Module
These competency requirements ensure that learners not only acquire a comprehensive understanding of Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) features and their functions but also develop essential skills for effective work planning, safe operation, and efficient transportation to and from the worksite, confirming their proficiency in TLB operation.
Our training program maintains a balanced approach, combining 30% theory sessions with a substantial 70% of hands-on practical training and assessment, ensuring learners are thoroughly prepared to operate the TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE / TLB effectively and safely.
These versatile backhoe loaders are ubiquitous and serve as workhorses in a multitude of industries, adept at handling construction, demolition, material transport, excavation, landscaping, asphalt removal, and road paving tasks with efficiency and precision.

Tractor Loader Backhoe Course Requirements
In adherence to stringent safety standards, the mandatory inclusion of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is enforced for all participants in our TLB training program. Learners are also expected to demonstrate competence in communication and mathematical literacy at NQF Level 1, and present their National ID/passport, along with a valid code 10 driver's license, ensuring a comprehensive and secure training experience.
