Our Road Roller Training course Module
Road roller driver training empowers operators with the expertise to effectively utilize a compactor for soil, gravel, concrete, and tarmac compaction, contributing to the success of road construction projects by ensuring durable and well-prepared surfaces.
Our training program maintains a balanced approach, combining 30% theory sessions with a substantial 70% of hands-on practical training and assessment, ensuring learners are thoroughly prepared to operate the Road Roller effectively and safely.
This training program covers essential knowledge and hands-on skills that enable operators to maximize the efficiency and safety of road roller operations, enhancing the quality and longevity of road infrastructure.

Road Roller Course Requirements
In adherence to stringent safety standards, the mandatory inclusion of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is enforced for all participants in our TLB training program. Learners are also expected to demonstrate competence in communication and mathematical literacy at NQF Level 1, and present their National ID/passport, along with a valid code 10 driver's license, ensuring a comprehensive and secure training experience.
